Although this lens' hotspot intensity does creep up on the smallest apertures I am surprised that such a fast lens stops down to f/32 anyway. Things only really start to get a bit poor from f/22. Up to f/11 it's performance is stellar. At f/2.8 it is one of the best lenses I have tested for infrared.
